ATM Participation Product

This product allows Sharenet to form an alliance with participating credit unions. These credit unions gain a large network with shared costs and resources that are provided and managed by Sharenet. The ATM Participation product offers many key benefits, including:

Surcharge-Free ATM network

All credit unions that participate in the Sharenet ATM Participation offering will be able to offer their members surcharge-free access to all Sharenet's ATMs in the USA and Puerto Rico.

Customer Support Services

Sharenet provides all the following support services for the network:

1st line Maintenance Service for the ATM machine(s)
2nd line Maintenance Service for the ATM machine(s)
Cash Replenishment Service for the ATM machine(s)
Sharenet provides ATM Machine(s), Model 1064ix Certified or higher
ATM Switch services provided by Sharenet
ATM installation and certification services
Data circuit or communication services to ATM(s)
Network availability regional, national, and worldwide access

Customer Back Office Support Services

Sharenet provides all the following support services for each participating credit union:

Daily ATM report retrieval
Daily data analysis to capture participant ISO activity per terminal, participant, foreign network fees collected, funds disbursed, and settled
Daily ACH of funds disbursed back to the Customer
Daily report of funds activity on Sharenet ATM(s)
ATM adjustments and charge backs for Sharenet ATM(s)
ATM balancing reports emailed to Customer
Monthly invoicing of net ATM expense allocations
Monthly net settlement of expense/rebate funds
Monthly summary reports of Sharenet ATM activity

ATM Complete

This product offers our customers a complete turnkey ATM management solution for their ATMs. This is restricted to their ATMs only and they may elect to participate in the SUN, SAAN or move to the Sharenet ATM Participation product.

SAAN - Sharenet ATM Alliance Network

The SAAN product allows participating clients to share our surcharge-free ATM alliance in a regional area which can reduce network costs.

SUN - Sharenet Umbrella Network

The SUN product allows participating clients to share a surcharge-free alliance with all participating ATMs (Sharenet ATMs and Client ATMs). This is a national product offering.
